TAR22 Recap BONUS, 05-31-13

Welcome to Leg . . . well, now, we don’t have The Amazing Race to enjoy right now, do we?  So, we (Toyouke, Auburnium513, me, and the rest of us) were watching this season and got all the way to the end of leg 8.  You know, the leg where Phil voice-overed that the Cheese Rolling Switchback would be the “Most Memorable Task EVER!”  Yeah, so we all agreed that we vaguely remembered the first cheese rolling challenge, but it was probably not something that would stick in our minds forever.  Sure, rolling down a hill and generally being goofy is a lot of fun to watch, but it does not a memorable task make.  As a result, here are our picks for the 11 most memorable Tasks EVER. TAR22, Recap Leg 12, 5/5/13

Welcome to Leg 12! Last time, on You’d Better Run Belfast Before They Catch Up,  teams raced from Edinburgh to Belfast, Northern Ireland.  Caroline and Jennifer broke down at the Roadblock, causing them to fall very behind, enough to make them the final team eliminated from the race.  That leaves Max and Katie, the newlyweds with three consecutive first place finishes under their belts, Bates and Anthony, the hockey playing brothers with strong outlooks and big hearts, and Mona and Beth, the roller derby playing moms who seem to have stronger longevity than most teams.  Who will win The Amazing Race 22? Welcome to Leg 11! Last time, on I’m Just Getting Used To This Skirt Thing,  teams raced from Berlin to Edinburgh, Scotland.  There was lots of U-Turning, and Mona and Beth working through a speed bump.  But ultimately, they were the stronger team, and Joey and Meghan were eliminated.  Who will be eliminated. . . next? Welcome to Leg 10! Last time, on Dude, Where’s My Luggage?,  teams raced from Switzerland to Berlin, Germany.  Bates lost his bag on the train, and then Anthony dropped a blinking letter, putting them in a dead heat for last place.  Max and Katie turned up the heat, propelling them into first place.  And Mona and Beth finished last, only to find the final nonelimination leg.  Who will be eliminated. . . next?
