Welcome to Leg 10! Last time, on Let’s Do Swedish Roulette, But With Rocks!, 4 teams continued to travel through Greece. The Amazing Cameramen were on point, and the Amazing Sound Effects Guys knew a good cue when they heard one, as no one could turn over rocks properly. Raquel and Cayla could, and had their first first place finish, while Ryan and Dusty finished last on a non-elimination leg. Who will be eliminated. . . next? (click for more)

Teams are escorted to Thessaloniki Airport, and their charter flight to a new destination, 1700 miles to Lisbon, Portugal. Once there, teams will be transported to the Pit Start Location, The Sanctuary of Christ the King in Almada, Portugal.

Clue: Drive yourselves to Setúbal, Portugal and find your next clue at Fortaleza de São Filipé. Once there, search the town of Setúbal to find your next clue. You have 0 euro for this leg of the race. CAUTION: there are two Roadblocks this leg, so plan accordingly.

8:45 AM Arun/Natalia (3rd) – Natalia: “We’re superfans!”
9:00 AM Ryan/Dusty (4th)
Teams drive themselves to Setúbal and arrive at Fortaleza de São Filipé in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn
2- Raquel/Cayla
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
Teams are now instructed to spot their next clue in the town below, marked with a red and yellow flag. Teams spot their next clue in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn
2- Raquel/Cayla
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
Teams then make their way to the clue, and we get a fun graphic of the teams turning the correct way (or not, in the case of Dusty and Ryan). (Toyouke: “I love this graphic.”) Teams arrive in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn
2- Raquel/Cayla
3- Arun/Natalia
4- Ryan/Dusty
When they rip open the clue, teams get the tenth roadblock.
ROADBLOCK:
Who wants to go exploring?
(Toyouke: “The Roadblock choice is a little vague but sure.”)
In this roadblock, one team member must choose a boat with the name of a Portuguese explorer and row it to Dock #10. If the boat has an explorer’s name, the fisherman will give them their next clue. Otherwise, teams must go back and find another boat.
The following teammates take the Roadblock:
1- Kim – who takes a gamble on Magalhães, and it pays off.
2- Raquel – who knows Dias was an explorer.
3- Arun – who picked Guterres, the UN Security General, and had to go back. He noticed Da Gama, but didn’t get there fast enough, and ended up with Cabral.
4- Ryan – who decided to just pick boats, noticed Ronaldo and skipped it, and went with Pessoa, a poet, then went back and got Da Gama before Arun could claim it.
After much exploring, teams complete the Roadblock in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn
2- Raquel/Cayla
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
Teams are now instructed to travel on foot to Mercearia Confianca de Troino to get their next clue. Teams arrive in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn
2- Raquel/Cayla
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
Teams are now instructed to choose an artistic sardine can and travel to Rua Vasco da Gama to paint the design on a door. Once approved by the Mayor of Setùbal, teams get their next clue.
Teams arrive at the doors in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn – who miss some shading in their letters.
2- Raquel/Cayla – who miss one tentacle on their octopus.
3- Ryan/Dusty – who forget to paint their doorknob. A lot.
4- Arun/Natalia – who don’t seem to make a mistake for once.
Teams get their clues from the Mayor in the following order:
1- Raquel/Cayla
2- Kim/Penn
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
Teams are now instructed to drive themselves to the town of Cabo Espichel and find the Santuário do Cabo Espichel and search for their next clue. Teams arrive in the following order:
1- Kim/Penn
2- Raquel/Cayla – who left their map at the doors and had to buy a new one.
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
When they rip open the clue, teams get the eleventh and final roadblock.
ROADBLOCK:
Who’s down for the count?
In this roadblock, one team member must count the columns of Santuário do Cabo Espichel and run the number a quarter mile to the monk (106). If they are correct, he will point the way to the Pit Stop. If not, they must return to the chapel and try again.
The following teammates take the Roadblock:
1- Penn
2- Cayla
3- Dusty
4- Natalia
After much column counting, teams complete the Roadblock in the following order:
1- Raquel/Cayla
2- Kim/Penn
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
Teams are now instructed to make their way on foot to Farol de Cado Espichel, the PIT STOP of the tenth leg of this racearoundtheworld. The last team to arrive WILL be eliminated!
1- Raquel/Cayla – who win a trip for two to St. Lucia
2- Kim/Penn
3- Ryan/Dusty
4- Arun/Natalia
And Arun and Natalia are the last team to arrive, and at long last eliminated. They are grateful for their time together.
