Welcome to Leg 7! Last time, on Can’t Go Anywhere Without My
Bushmen, teams raced from Vietnam to Botswana. Chuck and Wynona were slow, as usual, but not
as slow as Max and Katie, who managed to end up in last, and were saved by a
non-elimination leg. Who will be
eliminated. . . next? (click for more)

Project Runway 3/28/13--"The Art of Fashion" summary
Previously on Project Runway: more teams, which of course meant Richard and Layana got stuck
together because that is the most drama. Finally everyone is done with the
teams because there was a lot of bitching this episode. The designers are
supposed to make looks for Lord & Taylor, which is not exciting, and then
the teams don’t have to collaborate, which is also lame. They still all boss
each other around, though. Michelle was especially annoying, which caused Daniel
to act really weird. Stanley stood up to Patricia and they passive-aggressively
sniped at each other. Richard refused to speak to Layana but that was the least
entertaining thing. Michelle won, and her dress was actually cute. Samantha,
the person not actually fighting with anyone, made a weird junior short dress
and was sent home. (click for more)

TAR22, Recap Leg 6, 3/24/13
Welcome to Leg 6! Last time, on I’ve Got Me a Car, It Seats About
Twenty, teams raced from Bali to Hanoi, Vietnam. Dave and
Connor finally decided to call it quits, which meant the “drama” surrounding
the Double Blind U-Turn didn’t really matter.
And Dave and Connor were eliminated. Who will be eliminated. . . next? (click for more)

Project Runway 3/21/13--"He Said, She Said" summary
Previously on Project Runway: everyone was forced to make performance outfits for male
strippers. There were two teams, neither of which did a good job. Like, at all.
That may be because they had one day to make menswear for men who are not built
like male models, and on top of that they have to be tear-away clothes.
Everyone makes “suits”. Michelle is annoying, and Patricia runs out of time
again, but Amanda’s pants are deemed the worst and she is sent home. (click for

TAR22, Recap Leg 5, 3/17/13
Welcome to Leg 5! Last time, on I Wonder If Luke Hated Watching Them Search Through Surfboards,
teams raced from New Zealand to Bali. Dave did continue to race, and he and
Connor racked up another first place finish.
John and Jessica were near the back of the pack, but John didn’t think they
needed to use their Express Pass. This was a mistake, though, because they
ended up in last place and were eliminated. John kept smiling creepily and said
he had no regrets. Who will be eliminated. . . next? (click for more)

Project Runway 3/14/13--"Take It All Off!" summary
Previously on Project Runway: Everyone had to make prom dresses out of duct tape. Teenagers got
to vote but they didn’t really get to decide anything. Michelle and Amanda had
the top design, and Michelle won, and while I liked their dress, now we’ll
probably have to listen to Michelle talk about how great she is. Patricia and
Samantha got a bunch of praise which didn’t make sense to me. Tu and Kate made
a perfectly good prom dress that was just boring, and then Nina tried to argue
that no one wore long prom dresses which was also stupid, and then both Kate
AND Tu got sent home. (click for more)

I think the show is supposed to be about cooking
OK, I wasn't going to write about "Hell's Kitchen" this season, but then I watched the first episode(s) and it was surprisingly not bad. I mean, doing the first challenge in front of an audience so Ramsey can have people laugh at his jokes, that part was dumb. Dumb, but unsurprising, because it's "Hell's Kitchen". And then the sous chefs come out, and...wait, where's Scott? Where is bad-ass hot chef Scott? He left? What the crap is that!? I mean, Andi's cool and all, but MAN. That is not a good sign right there. (click for more)

TAR22, Recap Leg 4, 3/11/13
Welcome to Leg 4! Last time, on Adventures in New Zealand, teams raced from French Polynesia to New
Zealand. Dave popped his Achilles and
just kept racing. Chuck and Wynona end
up in last, but Dave and Connor log their first first place finish, and are told
to keep racing. Who will be eliminated. . . next?

Project Runway 3/7/13--"A Sticky Situation" summary
Previously on Project Runway: the “real women” challenge made everyone design outfits for
seniors. No one was a jerk about it, which is kind of nice. I’m telling myself
it’s because everyone is nice and not because everyone is genre savvy and knows
not to be a jerk. Stanley won, because he found the woman most like a model (that’s
how it usually works) but he also made an elegant pantsuit. Ben is out, for
making something shiny and too retro. But Patricia also got called out,
FINALLY, which was nice. Amanda is now without a partner, and it’s not clear if
they’ll stick her with Michelle (who had to be part of a threesome last week)
or if they’ll redo teams again. (click for more)

TAR22, Recap Leg 3, 3/3/13
Welcome to Leg 3! Last time, on This Was a Bad Time to Pull an Achilles, teams raced. But really, no one cares about anyone else but Dave and Connor who are both cancer survivors, but are in the spotlight, since Dave has managed to tear his Achilles tendon. But it was Idries and Jamal who are eliminated because they don’t like swimming. (Toyouke: “It's not a good sign when the Previouslies are all about your team's story up to this point. All two episodes. Nothing about any other team except the team eliminated. Just your injury.”) Who will be eliminated. . . next?
